The house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent: it’s right in the historic centre of Reggio Emilia, and within a 5–10 minute walk you can reach shops, cafés and everything you might need. The area is also lovely and very peaceful.
On top of that, I had the pleasure of meeting Paolo, the host, who is an incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful person. Highly recommended!

Everything!!
it was like being invited to a party by an artist & you are the first to arrive, and the artist doesn’t turn up - so you stay the night surrounded by all of his beautiful belongings.
