We were greeted by a PTU representative who was very friendly and helpful and gave us a warm wlecome. The apartment was a good and convenient base for access to the train station and bus station for exploring the region, travelling from the airport and exploring Perugia historic centre with a bus service along Via Della Pescara if needed. It was clean, newly painted and in a quiet appartment block with a large private car park. We enjoyed our stay.

The communal areas of the apartment block are very much in need of decoration in stark contrast to the appartment.
