La casa di Alice è un piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno in relax. Cucinino semplice ma con tutto quello che può servire per prepararai qualcosa da mangiare. La casa è vicinissima alla fermata dell'autobus e a pochi passi dal Centro di Perugia (raggiungibile a piedi in 4/5 minuti). Stazione della Minimetrò vicina e raggiungibile a piedi.
Il bagno è un po' piccolino, ma ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole.

La camera piccola accoglie cliente con l essenziale . Il bagno e’ piccolino ma la doccia e’ veramente comoda. Le finestre danno sulla strada ma sinceramente non mi ha disturbato più di tanto

Struttura carina ricoperta con legno e parte in pietra.
Letto leggero e mancanza di coperte pesanti, riscaldamento molto rumoroso, prodotti sia da bagno che altro buttati alla rinfusa.
