Our guests say that our apartment is clean, spacious and confortable. It is only minutes away from the escalators to the historical centre and from the bus station, where you will find public transport to the main destinations in Umbria and elsewhere. The apartment is composed by a bedroom, with king size bed, a living room, with sofa bed, kitchen and toilet. There is also a private garden, that is very appreciated during summer days. A WiFi Internet connection is also avalable during your stay.

We had a great stay at grandma Jenny’s apartment. It was the perfect proximity to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment. Thank you Andrea

Great Location. Close to escalators that take you to the old Town. The Apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Lots of extras....breakfast, reading material. Andrea was an accomodating host. We enjoyed our stay.

il proprietario molto ma molto gentile , una brava persona e cordiale . Ci ha aiutato a trovare pure parcheggio , ci ha spiegato deragliato come raggiunge l’appartamento. Per quanto riguarda l’alloggio ci siamo sentiti come a casa , a tutto quello che ci servirà . grazie . consiglio
