Fully furnished single family home in Cincinnati's Columbia Tusculum/East End within walking distance to many bars/restaurants & parks! Downtown Cincinnati within minutes! 2 ensuite bedrooms professionally finished and designed. 2 outdoor living areas to enjoy! Washer/dryer on site.

Amazing eclectic neighborhood of century homes, fine and casual restaurants, pubs/bars and parks. Situated in showcase new build neighborhood. Close to the river/river front parks and a quick drive to downtown!
Wonderful walkable neighborhood close to several casual and fine dining options/Starbucks etc.! 7-10 minute drive or Uber to downtown/Riverfront. Walkable to Alms Park. Minutes to Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park neighborhoods.

Everything should be prepared for your stay upon your arrival. We ask that upon your departure, you complete the following items prior to checking out:
1. Please empty all food items from the refrigerator and kitchen into the garbage. Garbage if full may be taken into the garage into the black trash can. Recycling items may be put in the green receptacle in the garage as well.
2. Please put all dishes used into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle with the provided dishwasher pod (under the sink)
3. Please put all used towels from the kitchen and bathrooms into the washing machine. White bathmats that were used may also be placed in the washing machine with the towels. Please start the cycle on Hot with the provided detergent.

Very nice home centrally located near downtown, Mount Lookout, Hyde Park, or even the Newport Levy. House was cozy and the host was excellent. Check-in and outwas a breeze as the doors have digital locks and if you have a puppy there’s a perfect little park right down the street. I absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cincinnati!
