Easy to check in. Plenty of parking in driveway for 3 cars. Great location. We were in for a UC graduation and it was centrally located to UC, downtown and other attractions.

This is a cute 4 bedroom with comfortable beds and a nice rec room downstairs. The host is very friendly and responsive. Check-in was flawless, and communication in advance was excellent. This is an older home, and so it has some quirks. The biggest is that there is a step right in front of the refrigerator. It is hard to describe, I wish I had taken a picture. But when you are in front of the fridge, you have to be mindful not to step back too far as you close it and are stepping away (it is one step down, not stairs).Also, there is no outlet in the downstairs bathroom (so our daughter went to the upstairs bathroom to dry her hair). The upstairs bathroom doesn't have it's own heat vent, so it is a good idea to keep the door open when not using so it can stay warm (that wasn't a big problem). The listing of amenities says it has a dishwasher. We could not find a dishwasher. Not a big problem, we didn't make lots of meals there, but wanted to note. Also, we couldn't get the fridge water dispenser to work.Finally, the property says it sleeps 9 which is absolutely true. But if you want to have a meal, there really isn't seating for 9 people. There is an island in the kitchen that seats 3-4. And then a small table off to the side that seats 2. And they (rightly) don't want you eating in the living room. We worked around this by eating in "shifts" which was fine for breakfast before we headed out.It got the job done but would not rent again.
