I'd like to start by stating how wonderful the host is at this property! I experienced a snafu with the VRBO online reservation system on the front end, and reached out to the host to help sort it out. Not only were they very responsive to my questions, they also assisted in the resolution with VRBO. And I discovered that VRBO does have a customer service number where you can talk to real people! The support staff at VRBO were also very helpful in sorting thru the issue! Once we arrived at this property, we were impressed with the breathtaking view of the Cincinnati skyline - especially at night! The property itself is expansive and offered plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax! The pool table in the basement was a huge hit! The property was equipped with everything we needed during our stay and the host provided very useful and helpful tips regarding local eateries and attractions. Will definitely book this location again!

Meh. Checking was more of a pain than it had to be and wrong contact number was given. Kitchen wasn't stocked with utensils as described and I killed 2 roaches crawling across the counter. No soap of any kind in the baths. You just got the feeling that the owners have lost interest...
