The ‘apartment’ is a little annex on the grounds of a house and some outbuildings. It’s in the countryside but non rural. It’s small but nice. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is relatively new and practical. The couch is large and comfortable as well. The two dogs are friendly and came to greet us every time we came home.
On arrival we found just two towels for two people for a four night stay. I asked for additional towels and got 1 extra towel. After explaining that 3 towels in total didn’t suffice, we got 4 extra towels. It was addressed properly and the owner was very understanding. I never understand why hosts don’t supply a reasonable amount towels, but that’s partly personal preference I suppose. The annex is right beneath the flight path for planes approaching the airport. It didn’t bother us but it is rather loud. The surroundings of the annex aren’t “pittoresk”, it’s located next to a shed.
