The location was a little far out of the city centre but the value for money meant it was well worth a little extra for a cab ride. The house was clean and spacious and newly renovated and there was a good amount of storage plus all the useful items you might need including an iron, hairdryers and a washing machine. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. There was plenty of communal space and a table big enough for all the guests to sit around.
There were not quite enough matching glasses for even 5 guests but the rest of the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
We were not made aware before booking that we would be required to pay an additional £100 deposit for damages as we were only staying for one night, and I was also asked to provide photo ID. It was relatively easy to do though, and the full deposit was refunded within 48 hours.

Spacious and good value for money
Hearing wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms and there seemed to be a smell of damp in there.
The deposit required was a surprise and wasn’t clear on booking.
I wasn’t asked for it until after I’d paid which felt a bit unfair.
