Also, they were always sending reminders and updates regarding check-in and check-out.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, very good facilities, clean, cosy and perfect temperature
Shame that it’s a basement but this is not obvious until very last minute when you are given checking descriptions.
The 10am check out. It worked well for this trip but it could be rather inconvenient

Location , comfort of bed, quiet, warm and facilities.
Cleanliness.
Cobwebs on cornices and above at sides of wardrobe. Skirting boards at bedside were grimy.
Inserts on bathroom door were dirty/dusty and some cutlery and crockery/pots had to be washed prior to use.

It was in need of a deep clean - cobwebs on the walls, dirty grout in the shower room, shower did not drain well, and damaged flooring in the kitchenette
