The place is located in a long block building. It is small but very well organized: all the kitchen appliances - coffee machine, oven, cutlery, basic items like salt/pepper - are making the short stay comfortable. The small sweet gift from the owner was very nice!
The internet was fast. The communication with the city center is unproblematic. There are plenty of grocery shops around the place.
For a comfy sleep you can completely dim the space with remote controlled blackouts, and make yourself a wonderful animated sunrise in the morning.
The apartment is small, so if you are two, and both want to work, one of you may need to work from the bed:) The bathroom itself is really nice, but we it had a bit funny smell when we arrived (maybe because it's on the first floor), later it was better.

Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll und praktikabel eingerichtet, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt; alles sehr harmonisch gestaltet und weihnachtlich geschmückt; und sehr gut genächtigt (bequeme Schlafstatt);
sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Apartment-Team - alles bestens; die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich; zur Straßenbahn Nr.3 sind es ca. 5min zu laufen, 12min Fahrt zum Leipziger Hbf; Supermärkte sind fußläufig in der Nähe.
Kleinigkeiten: Wir haben keine Küchenrolle gefunden und uns selber geholfen :-D

Die Bereitschaft des Ehemannes mir eine Nacht (die ich leider in einem Hotel extra bezahlen mußte) wenn ich wiederkomme, nicht zu berechnen. Ich habe aber nicht vor wieder zu kommen.
Kataftrofalle Komunikation. Falsche (Alte?)Telefonnummer bei Bocking.com. 10x Angerufen, keiner geht ans Telefon. Erzählt mir später von wegen Mails und Nachrichten geschickt, die ich leider nie und nicht bekommen habe, dann hat er mir neue Telefonnummer der Ehefrau gegeben, die leider nie ans Telefon geht. Habe mehrmalls ans Band Nachricht hinterlassen, NULL REAKTION.
Ich bin geschäftlich gereist, habe aufs Band Rechnung verlangt, KEINE BEKOMMEN. Nichteinmal Reaktion auf mein Anliegen. Ich werde Meldung wegen der Rechnung machen, es sind immerhin über 500€.
