The compact and well-designed apartment is 33 square meters and offers kitchen, bathroom, a small hall and a comfortable living or Bedroom. It is equipped with LED TV with Ambilight, comfortable pull-out couch and desk. In the kitchen there is kettle, microwave, hob (extra), fridge with freezer and a small sitting area. The room is for one or two people (couples) ideal for a nice short break or a longer stay. The apartment is at your own disposal.

Sehr schöne und helle Fewo mit umfangreicher Ausstattung! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines größeren Wohnkomplexes. Weit außerhalb der Stadtmitte aber mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle für den Bus ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
