Soooo cool, great location, beautiful flat, comfortable facilities, I am definitely more than happy with my stay here, at your disposal you’re gonna have all the essential stuff so you won’t need to worry about a single thing! Lars is beyond wonderful! The connection, attitude, general vibe, omg! He provided me with each and every necessity you can imagine, advised me on so many must-see places, overall he was very helpful, I’m still shocked by that honestly!!😍
The distance between the TV and the bed hahaha just kidding blame it on my eyesight ;) everything was top notch 🫶🏻

Lars is a great host! Very welcoming and kind and had lots of suggestions for my stay in Liepzig. He lent me a bicycle for my stay and helped me with a taxi booking. Apartment is brand new! Highly recommend.

- Flawlessly clean apartmetn
- There is everything You might need in the apartment, you don't have to think about anything You normally need to buy for short-medium length stays
- Its really warm ( I traveled in winter )
- Huge TV with Netflix for the relaxing evenings
When I see the reviews and the average rate of the apartment above 9.7 I always ask myself is it really so good. This is one of the rare cases when I eagerly want to give 10 out of 10 both for the apartment itself and for the Host who was Super friendly and helping_ always by your side on the phone for anything You need_ making Your stay comfortable and relaxing. The apartment itself is new, just aftert the renovation, well furbished and very comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is comfortable and You can cook - You have eveything necessary do it. The dishwasher is the plus! Coffee machine is there and the kettle for making tea. Washing machine is a plus for those who travel for work like me and stay for a longer period of time.
Without any doubt I will book this apartmetn again !!! 10 out of 10!
There's nothing negative I can point and consider that I am a peaky guest- So, really only positive emotions !
