The accommodation was in a very central location. 2min walk to the beach, centre of town, Bus stop and amenities. And it is only a 10 min walk to the train station. Super central.
I also loved the roof terrace which is very underutilised. The appartment is very spacious and Guiliana our host was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet and it was resolved the same day. I would stay again but with different expectations and because of the location.
Sadly the place was not modernised, which would have been ok if some of the furniture didn't look as shabby and worn. We paid 1300 euro for 9 nights which is ok but we did expect a bit more comfort like a working coffee machine, the shower kept running hot and cold,i found the bet uncomfortable and noisy. Also we had to pay extra for air-conditioning which was only available in the main bedroom and sitting room.
The WiFi box was placed on a kitchen chair in the living room which is only a small detail but sum's up the appartment.
I really would recommend a booklet explaining how one can get in and out of the appartment building, uses the coffee machine, that there are facilities for drying clothes on the roof etc. Everything a non Italian might not know.
But non of this stopped us from having a lovely stay.

Slitet, gammal lägenhet men funkar bra ett par dagar. Ingen balkong.
