Un seul jeu de clés avec une porte d’appartement qui ne ferme qu’avec un tour de clé (appartement au 3eme étage sans ascenseur) et pas de sonnette donc obligation d’avoir un téléphone pour préciser sa présence au bas de l’immeuble à l’autre personne restée à l’intérieur de l’appartement et de ce fait obligation pour celle ci de descendre afin d’ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble.
