Home city of Tours on two floors with 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people. Ideal for traveling with family, or business trips allowing for a private common area.
The house located in a quiet street is a 15-minute walk from the station, the Vinci Palais des Congrès and Place Plumereau.
It comprises the ground floor of a living room, living room and dining room, a kitchen (stove, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, staples), of a laundry room washing machine and dryer and a toilet.
Upstairs you have a room with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet. A cozy terrace is available for sunny evenings.
On the second floor you will find a third bedroom with a double bed.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well situated in the community with a grocery store,patisserie,bus stop,pharmacy, restaurant within one block of the location. Easy walking distance to the Center Ville within 20 minutes or quick access by bus. The lighting for reading was not very good. Correspondence with Mary was easy and very informative.. We had a nice stay.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet location. There are good food shops nearby and is about 15 minutes walk to Les Halles, with a wide variety of food shops. There is a bus stop nearby so travelling around is easy.

Really enjoyed 3 nights in Tours in a lovely house, easy walk into centre, bakery and small supermarket 1 min walk. Parking on street but never a problem, parked outside front door. Accommodation was spotless, modern and had a great feel.nice outdoor terrace area.
