Zweckmäßige und gemütliche, aber einfache Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Etwas gestört haben mich die Gerüche im Hausflur, wofür der Vermieter sicher nichts kann

Das Studio ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir bisher in anderen privaten Unterkünften in Neu-Ulm nicht erhielten.
Das Bett und das Bettsofa sind sehr bequem und das Bettsofa war bereits bezogen, so dass sich die Kinder gleich hinlegen durften und nicht noch warten mussten, bis wir das Sofa ausziehen, die Bettwäsche beziehen usw.
Wir und die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Das einzige negative war, dass wir keinen fixen Parkplatz von der Unterkunft hatten. Aber wir waren meistens ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der VR Bank in der Unterkunft und haben dann die Parkplätze der Bank genutzt. Von daher war das Parkplatz-Problem nur halb so schlimm.
