Great location. Clean. Kettle, mini fridge and stove top was included which I look for in a room. Surprisingly quiet given that it is at the corner of a main intersection. Nice and bright. I didn't realize there was no hair dryer but property management dropped one off the next day to my absolute delight !!
The room was a bit small for an apartheid but it didn't bother me as I was travelling alone. No hair dryer or iron included. I guess I'm used to North American accommodations where that is typically provided. I was most grateful that the hair dryer was provided when requested. My only complaint is when I did contact the property about prolonging my stay I did not get a response (even saying no). When I requested the hair dryer, I didn't get a message back either but luckily it showed up anyway.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, die Fußgängerzone ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste große Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten entfernt, von dort fahren mehrere Linien, u.a. zum Hbf. Läden und Bäckereien befinden sich ebenfalls ganz nahe.
Das Appartement ist mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet, es gibt ein großes Bad mit ausreichend Platz, auch das Bett fand ich sehr bequem. Alles war außerdem sehr sauber. Darüberhinaus wurden mir die Infos zum Check-in sehr frühzeitig mitgeteilt.
Leider war die Unterkunft relativ laut, mein Appartment ging auf eine Hauptverkehrsstraße hinaus, die Fenster waren nicht absolut lärmdicht, die Übervorhänge nicht breit genug, so dass das Licht der Straßenbeleuchtung nachts ins Zimmer fiel. (Den Fernseher zu bedienen war auch nicht ganz einfach, denn alles war auf kyrillische Schrift eingestellt und es gab keine Anleitung. Immerhin fand ich heraus, wie ich deutsche Programme ansehen konnte).

O fogão da cozinha não possuía chaminé ou extracção de gases, o que é um pouco estranho ser legal alugar um apartamento assim.
Não vi manta corta fogo, nem equipamento para lidar com potenciais incêndios.
As janelas do apartamento eram viradas para o Páteo exterior comum, incluindo a da casa de banho, que apesar de o vidro ser baço, causava alguma estranheza.
O quarto era interior, sem janelas, e abafado.
