Great location very close to motorway, surprisingly quiet given the traffic nearby. Clean and comfortable and a great breakfast. For the price really good value for money and will stay again. Parking outside was free and there are a few spaces.
Three of the bulbs in bathroom were broken. Basic shower. Reception closes at 8, not a problem for us as we arrived in good time but could be if you have to get key from a lock box

Friendly staff and the price is very good.
They even had prepared some gummy bears and bottled water in the room for us.
