L’endroit est calme et très peu de vis à vis depuis la terrasse pour le spa. Le parking est très proche et un pass pour les parkings de la commune est fourni par la propriétaire. Le bruit des cours au bord du terrain sont reposant. Non entendu depuis l’intérieur de l’appartement, très bien isolé.
Les petits mauvais points pouvant être améliorés sont le confort des lits et la fermeture de la porte de la douche (petit réglage à modifier). Un bruit récurant de vibrations ou de goutte à goutte dans le calme de l’appartement et une vibrations.
