About this chalet rental
Superb stone and wood chalet renovated in 2016. Located 5 minutes from Col de la Forclaz, 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. Come and discover the water sports of Doussard Beach or the mountain hikes starting next to the chalet. The chalet gives you the charm of yesteryear in the comfort of something new. In a trapper style, be careful in winter, heating is done by the wood stove. (Wood provided and fire initiation at your entrance). Surrounded by mountains, the accommodation will allow you to enjoy the calm and beauty of the nature of our region thanks to its large terrace.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. It consists of a real closed bedroom for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and a dormitory for 4 people (sheets and towels optional 15€/bed). On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen and living room opening onto the large 20m2 terrace.
On the first floor is the dormitory and on the ground floor is the bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Linen is provided in the room and pillows are provided in the dormitory, but sleeping bags must be taken by you or as an option we can provide you with sheets and towels.
Cleaning NOT INCLUDED, to be done by you upon arrival

Danke, das war genau die Unterkunft, die wir uns vorgestellt haben. Alles in der Küche ist reichlich vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist traumhaft ruhig und man erreicht den See in 15 Minuten und die Berge ebenso schnell! Danke!

Le chalet n est pas facile à accéder pas possible avec des personnes handicapées ou même des personnes âgées
Pour aller en ville faut descendre 8km de montagne
Sinon tout est présent dans le chalet.
Un feu qui fonctionne très bien
Nous avons passé malgré tout un bon séjour au calme
Sa ressource.
