Close to Figeac, with all the shops, services and leisure activities, the cottage Le Chalet is a charming one with all the comfort you are looking for. Here we like the beautiful bright living room, the spacious and comfortable bedrooms and all the quality equipment made available, we also appreciate the exteriors conducive to good moments of relaxation with friends or family. And we love Andrée and her incomparable sense of hospitality! House adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked, privacy totally preserved on the 2 terraces. On the ground floor: large living room with direct access to a 40m² terrace overlooking the park and the swimming pool and furnished with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen area also has direct access to another terrace, a bedroom with a 160 bed, shower room semi open to the bedroom, wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds, shower room and toilet. Electric heating, wifi. Private enclosed garden. Shared park with the owners, private swimming pool secured by an alarm (8x4 and from 1.20 to 2m deep).
