Large (180m²) stone family house for 8-10 people, with private swimming pool (12m x 5m) HEATED in a quiet hamlet, 2km from shops, for rent this summer.
Spacious (30m²) modern kitchen in an old room, equipped with gas cooker with 5 burners, oven, fridge, dishwasher, all appliances, table 10 seats, open on a very large living / dining room (> 50m²) with a stone arch. Living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, dining table 8 seats, flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD players, CD and docking station I-pod / I-phone. Free WIFI.
Bathroom with shower and toilet, utility room with washing machine complete the ground floor.
Upstairs: 4 spacious bedrooms (> 20m), 2 with 190cm x 140cm beds, with bed 2m x 160cm and a room with 3 or 4 single beds. Cot possible. Linens and towels provided.

Between the villages of St. Salvadou and Sanvensa, Vezac is located 15 minutes from the village of Najac with its 13th century castle, 20 minutes from the walled town of Villefranche de Rouergue with its local market on Thursday and 45 minutes from St. Antonin Noble Val.
You will be fully independent, the owners are not on site; the entire property will be yours!
Nearby activities; tennis, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, climbing, horse riding.
Price: between € 1.200 and € 1.600 per week, depending on your dates.

The kitchen opens onto a large living room: table with 8 chairs, 2 coffee tables, 3 sofas, two armchairs, large flat screen TV & blue ray DVD player, hi-fi and wi-fi.
adjoining room: Laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A landing overlooking four bedrooms, 2 with beds 190 x 140, with a bed 200 x 160 and one with up to 4 single beds, a bathroom with a corner bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Each room has: 1 wardrobe (with wardrobe and shelves), 1 or 2 bedside tables, a sideboard for suitcases, and drawers in the double rooms.

Bed linen, 2 towels (1 large and 1 small) 1 glove of toilet per person, bath mats for bathrooms, kitchen towels.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré notre smala (3 adultes et 6 enfants). Les espaces de détente et de jeux sont tels que nous avons eu tout loisir de se reposer tandis que les enfants profitaient de la piscine et de la salle de jeux.
Cuisine très ergonomique et bien équipée qui permet de nourrir une telle troupe sans problème.
La piscine mi-ombre, mi-soleil est idéal.
Je recommande cette location pour les vacances en familles ou entre amis.

Un environnement accueillant (superbe piscine et sa dépendance ; babyfoot , volley , jeux divers dans la grange pour les rares jours gris) . Une maison fraiche pour les après midi tres ensoleilles . toutes le confort moderne ( internet, son , video , équipement de cuisine complet et de qualite.
La nature , les champs et les bois engage a la promenade dans les sentiers avoisinants.
Enfin des propriétaires attentifs et qui privilégient la relation humaine.
