Welcome to our stylish 3-bedroom holiday home in Bracklesham Bay, perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. The property features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with vaulted ceilings letting in oodles of light. The space has a dining table to seat 6, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and all cooking equipment meaning it is ideal for entertaining and unwinding with family or friends. The living area has a large sofa with flatscreen TV, the space has French doors which open out onto a private balcony where you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea while sipping your morning coffee.
There are three comfortable bedrooms in the property with fresh linen and towels provided. On the ground floor you will find one twin bedroom and one king bedroom with ensuite shower room and W/C, this bedroom has two sets of French Doors which provide easy access onto the enclosed garden. Upstairs you will find a further king bedroom with adjacent shower room and W/C
Seashells also has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and bath/shower, plus a W/C ideal for all your practical needs during your stay.
Outside, the garden provides a lovely space to relax or dine al fresco with BBQ and rattan dining set.

The house was perfect and had all that we needed to make it a wonderful stay at East wittering. It was a stone's throw away from the beach which made it perfect for us and our three dogs. Having a secure back garden also gave us the sense of security when letting our dogs out into the garden. The layout with the living room being upstairs was perfect as we could see and hear the sea when we open the balcony doors. Another wonderful stay with boutique beach.
