Sea View is a delightful seaside property with stunning views of the Bracklesham Bay coastline. The house is seconds away from the beach and features multiple outdoor spaces with garden furniture, the perfect spot for you to enjoy al fresco living. Perfect for families and friends all year round - open the doors and hit the beach in the sun, or snug up in front of the flat screen TV after a blustery beach walk.
Situated over three floors, this three bedroom property has sea view balconies facing East and West. At ground level there is an enclosed courtyard garden and to the front, a large patio area with access to a beach slipway and communal outdoor shower to host off sandy dogs, kids or water sports gear.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and single bed plus walk-in wet room shower with w/c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one master suite with king bed and ensuite bath/shower room, and one single bedroom; both rooms feature wonderful sea views.

A perfect place for us and colleagues while working at Goodwood Festival of Speed. Well appointed, spotlessly clean and a great place to relax after some vey busy days. Some people are going to look to book for their holidays.

The location is fab, the 2 balconies mean you can usually shelter from the sea breeze. Location is great and the house is well equipped with everything you need. We had a great stay.

And we weren't disappointed, well maybe just a little underwhelmed by the weather but still this place is great.
Xmas '21 in this holiday home was fantastic, Summer '24 the home has had a facelift, the kitchen has been revamped and the decking repainted. Everything seemed brighter and fresher and nothing was broken (except the clocks in every room have flat batteries, you walk between two rooms and wonder where that hour went :) )
Will deffo look to stay again.
