- Personale di notte - Qualità e quantità prodotti colazione - Mancanza di varietà di prodotti senza glutine malgrado confermato precedentemente via e-mail (eccetto i naturalmente senza glutine) . Solo piccoli panini imbustati (scarsa qualità) e cereali ma non confezionati quindi non garantiti senza glutine.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und modern. Wie bereits öfters erwähnt ist die Stufe gleich neben dem Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für 2 Nächte ausreichend. Wir konnten unser Auto mit Fahrrädern in der Tiefgarage sicher parken. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt oder zu Abend gegessen. Deshalb können wir hierzu keine Aussage machen. Wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel in Lyon übernachten.

El metro está cerca y la cama era cómoda
El check-in era por demas tarde. No hay intención de hacer pasar unA cómoda bienvenida al huésped. Parece que sólo le importa entregar la habitación a partir de las 4 PM cuando en invierno a partir de las 5 PM se pone oscuro. Atención fría y poco profesional. No sé preocupan ni siquiera de dar información turística.
