Staff are very helpful and friendly, from prior to arriving to guide us for parking (note: for coming with car better ask hotel how to park, a bit complicated indeed), until checking out. Location is strategic, only few steps to access Metro and Tram.
The room access key are many times inactive by itself, we must reactivate them back down to the reception.

Cost of breakfast. At 19Euros we didn't have breakfast!
There appeared to be no signs for the hotel at street level from the direction we approached, only 100ft up. We found the car park by chance as there are no signs on the approach to the hotel.
