Room and bed was very good. Breakfast was adequate and position to railway was excellent for travelling.
Room temperature was set too high. We understand that it was winter but would prefer to be able to adjust individual room temperature. Had to sleep with window open. Thankfully it wasn't raining

My train was cancelled in Lyon. I walked 5 minutes to hotel, It was before 9am. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They put away my bag, i had breakfast and they had a room ready for me around 12! Room was a nice size and very clean.
