Posizione eccellente proprio nelle vicinanze del centro. Zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. Nessuna difficoltà negli spostamenti e nel parcheggio. Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi con qui siamo stati in contatto discretamente ma quasi ogni giorno per suggerimenti vari.

While I would not choose to stay here again, I can see why it might work for some travelers. The apartment is very cute, the hosts were friendly, and the location in Montecatini Terme is convenient for exploring Tuscany. It is also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

That said, there were several issues during our four-night stay. When we arrived, there was only about one and a half rolls of toilet paper provided, so I had to contact the hosts to request more. The Wi-Fi connected, but it was too slow to be usable for browsing or downloading. The water pressure was also quite weak. There were also some drawbacks that may be outside the hosts’ control but are still worth noting. Parking was difficult, and at one point I had to park about five blocks away. The area was also fairly noisy, both from traffic and from people in and around the building. Each night we were woken up at some point by loud conversations, doors slamming, or other late-night noise from other tenants. Overall, although the property has some appealing qualities, the combination of maintenance, noise, and parking issues made it a disappointing stay for us.
