Posizione eccellente proprio nelle vicinanze del centro. Zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. Nessuna difficoltà negli spostamenti e nel parcheggio. Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi con qui siamo stati in contatto discretamente ma quasi ogni giorno per suggerimenti vari.

Definitely a super cute place, with friendly hosts. Location in town was fine, reasonably close to a main drag for access to restaurants, some shopping, and most importantly, easy access to Gelato. Montecatini Terme is a good central location for Tuscany as a whole.
It pains me to be somewhat critical, but it is what it is, When we arrived for our 4 night day stay, there was only a roll and 1/2 of the toilet paper, so I did need to reach out for more. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately pathetic, you would be able to connect, but not actual download or access anything. The water pressure also was rather anemic. Additionally, things likely out of the hosts control, but worth noting, parking can be a huge headache, one time I needed to park 5 blocks away, and it is not a quiet location, both with traffic noises, but also pedestrian and even other tenant noises. Every night at some point we were woken up by others in the building having loud conversations, or slamming doors or getting ready to go out and 'party' (Think midnight.) Humorously, we did find on the top shelf of the entertainment center, an un-used condom, as well as it's matching wrapper from a used one as well.
