Spacious apartment in a great location. The terrace was lovely.
Located on the fourth floor of the building and the lights don’t come on automatically in the dark stairwell.

This apartment definitely exceeded my expectations - I wasn’t expecting it to be as lovely as it was. Very spacious, light and airy. Nicely decorated, with modern styling and furniture. Comfortable beds, with crisp white linen and towels. Large dining table, full size fridge/freezer. Gas hob and electric oven. Fantastic location, 6 mins walk from Montecatini Centro station, so very well connected for Tuscany sight seeing (direct trains to Florence, Lucca etc). A few mins walk from lots of great restaurants and bars. 7 mins walk to reasonably sized supermarket for essentials. The host communicated with us quickly and efficiently when contacted with queries. We were very happy with our stay.
The kitchen facilities are pretty basic, but that didn’t really matter to us as we ate out, except for breakfasts. There were no tea towels, but we managed! There is no parking for this apartment, but it is possible to park nearby in free parking areas. However, you need to make sure that you do not enter the ZTL zone when active, or you will be fined.
