The property is exactly presented as the photos show - very modern and is well located for all the amenities Monticantini offers. The beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water. Monticantini is a beautiful old spa town with many restaurants, gardens, shops and bars. Beautiful place.
Very over powering air fresheners which we unplugged so no longer caused an issue. But I am being picky when I saw this as there was nothing at all negative about the place.

Molto spaziosa, comodissima al centro per spostamenti a piedi. Ambiente accogliente ed esteticamente piacevole. Cucina fornita di tutto, materassi comodissimi. Il proprietario ha risposto tempestivamente a tutte le nostre richieste, è stato davvero gentilissimo

Appartamento meraviglioso, tenuto benissimo e con tutti i comfort presenti! Posizione ottimale e host gentile e disponibile. Dovevano pernottare una sola notte, ma siamo rimasti così colpiti da tutto quello elencato sopra che abbiamo deciso di fermarci per l'intero soggiorno lavorativo; 3 notti, in un contesto che sapeva un po' di casa.
