The central Tahoe City location provides easy access to Palisades ski resort, Tahoe City Nordic Center, shops, dining, and restaurants. Tahoe Sierra Estates private HOA beach and pier is literally just a 2 minute walk from the house and access is included in the rental rate. Boating, river rafting, hiking, biking, ziplining, fishing, and many other Tahoe adventures await nearby. In the mornings, indulge in luscious pastries and coffee specialties at the delightful Tahoe House bakery, less than a quarter mile away.

Enter on the top level to the open kitchen, living, and dining areas, and a King primary suite with full bathroom. The living room features a large, leather sectional couch and reclining chair, big TV, wood stove, wet bar, game table, and a huge variety of games. the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook and enjoy meals with family and friends. A spacious deck offers a filtered lake view, dining and lounging furniture, and gas grill (summers only)). The King primary bedroom has TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway.

Head downstairs to find 3 more bedrooms; 2 with Queen beds and 1 with a Queen bed and a Twin trundle bed. The largest bedroom also features a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy on chilly winter nights. Shared bathroom in hallway has double vanities and a combination tub / shower. Enjoy the filtered lake view while soaking in the bubbling hot tub, situated on the covered deck outside the largest bedroom.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
