Set on an acre in the Twin Peaks Estates, this home is close to everything yet a world away with the ultimate privacy, relaxation & serenity. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. bonus 5th room with queen futon Endless trails with adjacent Paige Meadows surround the property. Private HOA beach adjacent to Sunnyside resort is a second to none with picnic tables/ bbqs, beach volleyball, playground and more! Sorry, no pets & max occupancy regardless of age is 10.
