Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter gave a verbal list of needs to be fixed at the home we stayed in. Along with that we arrived and my husband had to find a rock and hammer in the nails on the pathway/deck to front door. The lighting in the living room was very bad with a very old rickety brass floor lamp. The decking on the outside toward the lake needs replacing, also some of the pickets are loose and I had to push one back in. Screens are very worn. The couch is pretty dirty at this point and the Eames chair as I reported on the phone has a broken arm rest. The oven fan rattled every time you turn the oven on until the oven heated up completely. Other problems upstairs was the right side bedroom bathroom door hit the tile in two places every time you opened and closed it. There was no rubber bathmat in the shower/tub which was very slippery. Seems to be a need for a maintenance go over .The picture you show in this rental experience survey does not look like the couch and lamp that we had. Mainly the key to the H O A beach and picnic area did not work. It was very embarrassing.
