Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le support et la réactivité des hôtes, la décoration, la localisation en plein centre d'Arras, près de la gare et à 5 minutes du beffroi de la Place des Héros.
Le bruit des travaux dans la rue à partir de 7h30. Nous avons trouvé que l'appartement était un peu frais. Nous en avons informé nos hôtes qui, à distance, ont augmenté d'1°C. Il n'y avait que deux petites casseroles dont une abimée (traces de brûlé). Le mitigeur de la douche ne permettait pas de baisser suffisamment la température. L'eau était brûlante. Il a fallu baisser la température au niveau de la chaudière. Stationnement difficile.

Great location. Nice decor.
We couldn’t get hold of the host and had problems accessing the flat. We ended up standing on the pavement for 40 minutes with our baby and young child and suitcases before we finally got through to them. It was a very stressful start to our stay and the end of a very long day driving.
We’d recommend investing in a high chair if you want to attract more families. And a bigger saucepan - we had to cook two batches of pasta because there weee only small pans.
