Excellent location, an easy walk from the train station and to all the sights of Arras
It was great, for some the lack of a lift in the building could be an issue but we had no trouble.

It was great having a washing machine. Clean and large.
Hit water in shower was too hot. There were Stairs that were not mentioned.
