De netheid van het huis. De nabijheid van het centrum.
Alle comfort is aanwezig.
De bedden zijn nogal smal en niet zo comfortabel.
De woning was moeilijk op te warmen.

Clean and well equipped. Comfortable bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. Lovely outdoor area and garden. 10 minutes walk to centre of town. Secure off street parking.

Small suggestion....
If possible more cooking utensils in the kitchen, as we cooked for the group and had minimal large utensils.

Superbly positioned for visiting Arras. Each bedroom area has en suite. The kitchen is well laid out and has all utensils, except a cheese grater. It is easy to walk into Arras via the station. Parking is on site suitable for 2 cars securely locked away. Garden looked great to use, but unfortunately it rained while we were there. Thoroughly recommend. In fact looking at the guest book we found some friends of ours have stayed there too unbeknown to us. Great minds think alike!
Sometimes the gate key code was sticky. Worked for me OK but others struggled. Owners are very nearby if difficulty. Other than that cannot fault the house.
