Location and it was a residential area, easy to access and travel to and from into Hamilton
The kitchen was light on with cooking utensils (pots, plates etc) we had to purchase an extra pot to allow us to cook vegetables for dinner, there was no instruction on how to use the TV and how to access Free to air television. I had to message the host for the details and I needed to download a app onto the TV to allow us to watch free to air television.

Great neighborhood. Perfect size for the three of us traveling (a couple and a single). Remarkably clean. We were able to wash out clothes from that day and dry them by morning. Hosts provide very detailed information.
