Location, warm, comfortable beds, good facilities, private, quiet area.
For some reason the hot water in kitchen didnt get warm - we just boiled water to wash dishes so wasnt a big issue for us. Just may need to check the hotwater in there :)

Lovely ambience, airy and spacious with nice river views.
Good communication with easy self check in.

This place could be so much more it has a nice style.
But it needs a lot TLC. Location was okay,
The 2nd bedroom was extremely musty and mold showing. Couldn’t sleep in this room we considered it a health hazard. Had to ring up for the door code as we didn’t receive it before as stated. The owner then texted it to me about 3.30pm. Thanks for that. Nothing worse than not being able to get in. Needs blinds on dinning room windows.
