We love the fact that there were 3 toilets in the house. 1 bathroom 1 bedroom with ensuite and a loo downstairs. Laundry facilities and a gas stove top for quick and easy cooking. The apartment was nice and quiet with no road noise problems.
There were no small bread and butter plates only the dinner plates.

Location. Proximity to lake, supermarkets and CBD
the house smelt like vomit upon entry and none of the outside bins had been cleared (all were full)
The drains in the bathroom smelt like sewerage
There is mould all through the showers
There are stains on the ancient bedsheets
The sheets were wet and also scratchy (very old)
The towels are also very old (one has torn bits hanging off it but it was still presented for use)
The pillows are bamboo and absolutely giant (all in the house are the same)
The house is pitched with a lot of amenities and not a party house but the opposite is true.
There are only a couple of pots and pans to cook in, as well as only one oven dish (no trays). And there are no tongs.
There’s also no coffee pods, nor any glad wrap or foil (all non-essential to provide for guests but certainly things that are a nice touch to offer).
There is no drawer in the fridge for vegetables and fruit.
There is no drying rack for dishes.
There is no broom to sweep up
There are no bin bags
There is no big bowl for things like fruit and vegetables.
There is an outdoor clothesline but no pegs
There is no plug where the bedside table is placed between the beds in the first bedroom upstairs
There are no dish cloths to wipe down surfaces (only one for dishes) so limited in terms of the cleaning products advertised on booking.com
It’s all pretty limited in terms of resources, which we weren’t expecting for a 3-bed place with a kitchen in the suburbs (and from the images online).
The wifi is also not working well throughout the house despite being advertised in that way
The couch downstairs has black stains all over it
We sought compensation and received half a nights worth in return which felt like a slap in the face for the place not being clean and as advertised online
