Lovely apartment centrally located overlooking a canal. Very easy to walk everywhere. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Derick & Steve are the most hospitable hosts I have experienced. Personally welcomed us and stocked the house with welcome package that included coffee, milk and snacks, fruit etc. They also invited us to a Sunday cruise on the canals with wine cheese and friends. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

‘Wow’ is for everything! Our stay was way more than expected! I did not want to leave this beautiful, comfortable, and awesome flat!! The amenities from the bath robes to the available iron and washer machine… Steve and Daniel are the hosts with the most!! Welcoming from the start!

This was our first trip to Amsterdam and we couldn’t have picked a better location and it felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment! It was right in the middle of the city, walking distance to all the museums and right next to a tram stop. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a few snacks and toiletries in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again

The owner Roderick was excellent. Great communication from initial contact to meeting us for check-in. Explained everything in the unit and provide provided initial supply of food and beverages that we could use before we could get to the store around the corner.The location is excellent. There’s plenty of things to do. The furnishings were excellent providing what was explained in his descriptions. There was three of us and we enjoyed it and had a great time, and would stay at the same place if available.Not surprising for a house in Amsterdam the staircase is very steep to get to the second floor location. Sturdy handrails are present, and with even with my bad knee did not have any issues.
