Property is situated on the water which was a great experience. The property has everything needed
Location was great as within easy reach of many places. Also great tram and train access

Excellent location to explore Amsterdam from. The houseboat is a very unique experience. We really enjoyed the big windows and how relaxing it is on a boat. It was a great place to people watch and see all the water foul. It was fun to feed the various ducks, geese and swans.
If you sit outside, be sure and prop the door as the door will lock and you could be stuck out there.
