The property is enclosed by a high fence, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The villa’s sleek entrance opens into spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas designed with contemporary Euro-style elegance.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, all essential kitchenware, a breakfast bar for 3, and a dining table for 8 near a custom wine showcase.
• Living Room: Relax on pillow-back sofas while enjoying a 55” HDTV with sound system and Netflix, or listen to your favorite tunes on the Alexa-activated Bluetooth speaker.
• Patio: A cozy enclosed patio features two outdoor hanging basket chairs, perfect for unwinding.
Outdoor Oasis:
• Private Pool: Enjoy a 50 sq.m. (8 x 4.5m) pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee, and can be used only for entire duration of the stay
• Shallow River: A 10-meter shallow river (0.45m depth) is available, with a gate separating it from the main pool for safety.
• Sunbathing: Soak up the sun on 4 luxury sunbeds, a double daybed, or 2 bean bag chairs, which can also be used in the pool.
• Outdoor Activities: The landscaped lawn is perfect for games, and there’s a children’s playground to keep little ones entertained.
• BBQ Area: A fully equipped charcoal BBQ with an outdoor sink and a dining area that seats 8 on a built-in sofa.
• Ping Pong Table: Enjoy a game of ping pong in the fresh air.

All 4 Bedrooms are Ensuite:
• Bedroom 1, 2 & 4: Each features a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00m), an open wardrobe, a suitcase stand, A/C, a 40” HDTV, and an Alexa Bluetooth speaker. The full bathrooms include walk-in glass showers with hydromassage jets. Each bedroom has a sliding door leading to a shared outdoor terrace with garden seating.
• Bedroom 3: Offers a queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00m) or can be converted into two single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) upon request. Includes the same amenities and a sliding door leading to the playground terrace.
Additional Amenities:
• Fast Wi-Fi: 80mbps Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
• Yoga & Fitness: Yoga mats and weights are provided for your convenience.
• Laundry Room: Includes a washing machine and clothes dryer.

- The use of pool heating system will cost an additional charge per day please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice. A minimum charge of 4 nights will be applied to shorter stays.
- Crete has quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily
- No smoking inside the property outdoor smoking is permitted provided safety precautions are adhered to and the proper usage of ashtrays
- No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises and or hosting of guests not part of the group staying, unless with the owners approval

Our stay was fantastic. Gorgeous property with pool, lounge areas, and lots of outdoor seating. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and lovely showers. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend
