About this villa rental
The decoration of Villa Valentina is in simplistic, minimal lines, in
white, gray and wood tones. The result is a bright, airy, balanced space with a
luxurious aura that immediately positively predisposes every guest. The refined
atmosphere and the high quality facilities make the stay unforgettable. It is
located 600 meters from the beach of Kalathas and offers unrestricted views of
the residential and natural landscape.
Villa Valentina has 4 bedrooms (with 4 double
beds), three bathrooms, a large and spacious living room, a large dining room
and a fully kitchen for the preparation of any kind of meal. Outside there is a
patio suitable for moments of rest and peace, away from the noise of the city.
The private pool is great for a refreshing swim. Private parking, air
conditioning and free Wi-Fi are also provided.
At 12 km northeast of Chania is the seaside
village of Kalathas. Kalathas is a modern settlement of Chania, with many
locals living in the area that have chosen to live outside the city. Its beach
is shallow, with fine sand and clear waters, suitable for families with young
children and at the same time organized with tourist services.

This place is awesome, it’s very spacious for group of friends. I advice to rent your own car so you can go around the island and see most of the beautiful beaches that Crete has to offer. The owner Maria and her husband are very kind and very helpful on everything we need. They arranged a rental van for us for one day and as well as private transfer to Heraklion at 5 am in the morning. My group of friends visited Seitan Limania twice because it was very close to the property like 20 min drive. Also the airport is only 13 min drive. The property has all the condiments for cooking you need, how I wished I checked the pantry before buying things, but it’s all good. We had a great time and great experiences in this property and Chania. I trust the owner and would love to stay here again when I come back to Crete. Also they left on the counter a welcome Greek liquor and some Greek Nick nacks, very thoughtful. Thank you so much for accommodating us.

The view from the pool and patio alone, made this an amazing house to stay in while visiting Crete. The rooms we spacious and clean. My only complaint was the property manager trying to extort 400 euros from me for having guest over. This property advertised space for 30 people. There were 5 people sleeping over and another 8 visited for food and drinks. We played music, but was never asked to turn it down or advised that we were being too loud or disruptive. The property manager showed up and said he was calling the police unless I paid him an extra 400 euros for having guest on the property grounds. After I refused to pay, he called the police and accused my guest of physically harming him, which was absolutely not true! As beautiful as this property is, I advise against staying here if you intend to have more than 3 or 4 people with you. And of course, take pictures of how you leave things upon your departure.
