We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Florence, where we rented two apartments, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Martina, the host, made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, with excellent communication throughout our stay.
As a lovely welcome gesture, she even left us a bottle of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for a great experience.
Both apartments were very spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. They were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The Hedra apartment, in particular, was especially well-stocked, even including thoughtful extras like a washing machine and a hair straightener.
The building itself is located in a lovely, quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Florence.

Great location and easy check in. host was really welcoming and easy to contact. Nice breakfast spot close by and easy to get to. Beds and linen clean and comfortable.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had an absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, the host was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication, making everything smooth and stress free. She even allowed us to stay an extra hour past checkout, which was truly appreciated.
The apartment itself was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were super soft and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. I loved that one room had its own bathroom it made the stay even more convenient and comfortable.
The building also has an elevator, which made moving luggage easy. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the location couldn’t have been better. There’s a store just a block away, a bus stop right in front, and the neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and peaceful.
Overall, this is hands down the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!

Location was close to attraction center. Close to great food choices, breakfast bakeries and gelato!
Good lighting outside and felt safe walking even late at night. Property was very clean and decorated very nicely. Our host Martina was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and we had a complimentary bottle of champagne to greet us. Stairs or elevator available for 2-3 floors. Hallways clean and safe. Close parking at reasonable rates Martina recommended for preferred pricing.
Loved this place and would stay again.
