Apartment very well presented and well located.
On street parking was sometimes problematic and the water pressure was variable.

Location and the good settings inside
Good instructions
1: no parking. Was advised there was a parking space but I ended up paying for the parking as there was no space.
2: for quality of towel supplied. It did not have very good water observant
3: toilet seat needed replacing in the ensuite
4: there was piles of clothes in the cupboard
5: the washing machine had a load in with clothes
6: the shower didn’t work in the main bathroom
Also, the toilet toilets appear to be blocked

沖涼熱水器，經常需要重設，其中一間浴室花灑出水太少，根本不能使用，另一間正常，但可惜溫度調校不足，一係太熱一係太凍，廚房熱水煲已壞了，太污糟不能用！
