Prompt responses to queries from the owner. Very central location. Comfortable beds. Cafe Nero, restaurants and shops all very near. Free parking adjacent to property.
The property being on the top floor (no lift) is daunting - okay for us, but others might need more warning.
The lack of a coffee maker- moka pot or cafetière. Instant coffee was provided but I don’t drink it!

Location of apartment and communications of property staff.
Lots of things i don't like in this apartment. 1st of all keys of 1st door dasn't work every time i lost 5-10 minutes for open it. Bed small and uncomfortable low quality bed. Sofa very dirty and sticky, toilet need to be renovated. Overall this apartment 2star apartment, ok but not good. Two star of five. Five points of ten.
