The location was ok, central, but in a quiet area which was nice.
The garage / driveway fit both cars, with a squeeze. It was clean and enough space for us all.
1 very large double room with en-suit and 2 other smaller doubles and a family bathroom.
The dogs loved the good size back garden which was fully enclosed and very secure. There was fake grass down, so no muddy paws, which was a bonus.
Getting extra exercise from going up and down the 3 floors. Both showers had very good pressure. Nice large thick bath towels provided, even if mine was still full of makeup which didn't wash out properly.
No dishwasher as advertised, never looked like there had been one. All the mattress could do with an upgrade or a mattress topper, and a few extra pillows would have been nice. No hand towels or tea towels for the kitchen.
The sofas are comfy, yet very well used and not much support left in them. The TV is tiny for the size of the room.
Enough plates, cups and glasses, but no cook wear if you want to cook anything in the oven, only the 1 oven tray.
1 small frying pan which had seen better days. Only 4 forks in total.
Only 1 of the 2 sockets in the back bedroom next to the bed could be used, couldn't get a plug into the other, so if charging phone, had to take the bedside lamp out.
No welcome pack, so no idea what to do with the rubbish or rules in the house etc

Clean and tidy and it suited our needs for a couple with a grownup son visiting Ipswich for a couple of days. Quiet area.
Miles from anywhere in a new housing estate surrounded but a rather rundown urban area.
No shampoo etc provided, nor a hairdryer. Furniture was at a minimum, making living and bedrooms very ‘functional’ rather than nice. Bed was rather softer than we’d have liked.

3 double beds and easy to find.
Parking difficult as with the neighbouring cars parked we couldn’t access the driveway.
No hand towels or soap in any of the toilets.

Property was good but only able to use one shower between 4 of us as water temperature was faulty in main bathroom also dishwasher was faulty, and the owner was not returning calls or emails until we were leaving the housing. the estate was very rough and lots of rubbish around and very noisy due to loud music and neighbours arguing late at night.the cleaners arrived and were very rude for us still being in the property at 11 even though we got permission to stay till 12 so we had to leave.also the owner was rude as we took our dog with us even though it says pet friendly not a happy stay considering it was a sad visit due to family funeral.could of done without the extra stress
