About this chalet rental
Chalet “la Grand' Brouvaz” is located in the charming hamlet of Béranger in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. Its location provides a real change of scenery; what's more, this chalet stands out for its unobstructed view of the mountains, just 3.6 km from the first start of the 3 Vallées slopes in Saint Martin de Belleville.
The chalet is a perfect example of Alpine construction style, with a preponderance of wood and stone. These materials add warmth to the property, and this atmosphere makes us feel good at home.
The chalet is available for rental during the Christmas and winter school vacations, so stays can only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday to enable everyone to attend ski lessons in the best possible conditions.
1- After a great day on the slopes of the world's largest ski area, the living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax with the family. On this level, you'll find a large west-facing terrace facing mountains such as le Daillait (2045m) and le Plan des Queux (2150m), la Pointe du Niélard (2559m), les aiguilles de la Grande Moendaz and, further south, la Pointe la Masse (2804m), the highest point in Les Menuires. Also on the first floor are the living areas. They include a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, and a dining room. There's also a shoe dryer, a toilet and a shower room.
2- Above, a mezzanine, divided into a double bedroom with 140cm bed, and on the other side of the stairs a reading and TV area with its two sofas.
3- Level -1 comprises 2 large bedrooms, each with its own dressing room. There are also toilets and a bathroom. The “chambre blanche” has a 160cm double bed and dressing room, and the “chambre terrasse” has 2 x 90cm twin beds. It also features a dressing room and a relaxation area with sofa. If you need it, the sofa bed is able to be openned to offer a 140 double bed. This room opens onto a private terrace facing the mountains.
4- The lower level features a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and steam unit.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to your desired configuration for the sofa bed, bathroom linen (towels and bath sheets) is not provided
Of course, Wifi is available, as well as a connected loudspeaker and a mini-chain system. You'll also find a fondue set, a raclette set, a beer tapping machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and various board games... As an option not included in the price, on one evening of the week you can take advantage of the services of an “in-home chef”, to be arranged as soon as possible so that you can agree directly with him on the date and your expectations. Finally, a pair of binoculars is at your disposal to watch the herds of deer that often come right up to the chalet at dusk.

We love Beranger - it is so incredibly calm and peaceful, yet less than ten minutes very easy drive to the ski lift. Philippe’s chalet is in the best possible position in Beranger. It has the most beautiful open views to the mountain from the terrace. The chalet is very welcoming (and warm!) - with everything exactly as you need it. Philippe is an incredibly kind and welcoming host: he was so helpful throughout our booking with perfect communication and information, and Rukayah welcomed us very warmly. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be booking to stay again.

We had an amazing experience at this chalet in Les Trois Vallées! The chalet was impeccably equipped with everything we could possibly need. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm, crackling fire in the fireplace and a chilled bottle of bubbly, which made us feel instantly welcome. The atmosphere in the chalet is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect retreat after a day in the snow.The chalet is situated in the charming, car-free village of Beranger, offering stunning views of the valley. While the village is peaceful and idyllic, it’s just a short drive to St. Martin de Belleville, where the ski lifts provide easy access to the vast skiing area.We had a little mishap when our car got stuck in the snow, but thanks to the quick and efficient help of Philippe and the kind villagers, the problem was resolved in no time. Their hospitality and support truly made our stay even more memorable.We highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable base in Les Trois Vallées.
