WINTER AND SUMMER RENTAL
Never rent for Christmas / New Years weeks.
At the end of the hamlet of Villard next to Saint Jean de Belleville. Pistes 3 Vallées 15 mins by car to Saint Martin de Belleville, or Val Thorens 1/2 hour. Free parking spaces.
This chalet "La Spatule" sunny all day and not overlooked (magnificent view) offers 180m2 of living space with a beautiful part of the flat garden, a very sunny terrace. All the equipment for the garden: sun loungers, table, barbecue, small inflatable pool ..
A very authentic side with all modern comfort with a 30m2 fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, 5 gas burners, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave oven etc.) and with a stove allowing you to cook over a wood fire;
A very welcoming 30m2 living room, 5 bedrooms (5 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 child bed, 1 baby bed).
3 bathrooms (3 showers), one with bath. 3 wc.
1 washing machine, 1 dryer.
Internet connection by wifi.
Parking outside the hamlet (100m from the chalet).
In the heart of a wonderful valley for walks close to rivers and streams or more sporty hikes, on foot, by mountain bike.
20 minutes from the Morel leisure center (large swimming pool, sauna, minigolf). Horse riding near the hamlet. Farm visit, climbing and mountaineering, glacier hikes ...
We are next to the Vanoise National Park! and 1 hour from Lake Annecy.
Really a lot to see, to do but also a very nice relaxation and a lot of idleness if you wish it at "La Spatule".

In winter access to the chalet is by a small road (2km) above Saint Jean de Belleville which is maintained by a snow plow but it is imperative to be well equipped for snow.
